Buffalo Wings From The Candlelight Inn |
Still here? Cool. I rarely deal in truth on this blog and I even more rarely deal with food but in an effort to broaden my horizons, and be more like my idol Ted Berg, I've decided to share a little secret with you. The world's best buffalo wings can be found in Scarsdale, NY.
When you think of Scarsdale you usually... well let's be honest, no one actually ever thinks of Scarsdale. But if you want great bar food late at night in Westchester you better know where it is because The Candlelight Inn delivers the goods. Fresh wings, never frozen, made perfectly crispy and with just the right amount of sauce. I've searched and searched but no wings yet have even come close.
I could go on and on about their whole menu but I'm no food critic so I'll simply say, if you're a reader of The Apple and you live within a reasonable distance of The Candlelight Inn, you owe it to yourself to stop in for some truly epic wings. They serve until 3AM so night owls have no excuses not to go.
As a wing snob..via going to school in Buffalo.. let me just say that I doubt it.
ReplyDeleteGuy seated next to me today also familiar with the wings in Buffalo and said these were better. But like anything it's a totally subjective thing.
ReplyDeleteblasphemy! I start thinking other wings are good, but every time I go back to Buffalo to visit it prove me wrong. Croxley Ale House is another local place with good wings though.
