Terry Collins Throws Tirade At Local McDonalds... Service Improves Slightly

Much has been made in the media of Terry Collins recent post-game tirade possibly motivating his team to play a little better, or at least a little more focused.  However, it would seem that the Mets skipper's motivational powers may extend beyond the playing field as reports are surfacing that Collins may have inadvertently helped turn around a struggling McDonalds location.

Reports say the Mets manager became irate when he was told the restaurant was out of Frozen Strawberry Lemonade.  Witnesses say Collins told the staff, "That other McDonalds up the road, they do it right.  They get me my drink in 3.9, maybe 4 seconds flat.  That's the way you should do it."

While the manager may have seemed out of line many regular customers are saying that the restaurant has actually improved since the incident.  "They aren't getting every order right, but they are definitely trying a little harder.", says one customer.
