Where Is Captain Shorts Photoshop Contest: Help Find The Captain And Win A Cool Mets Prize

Captain Shorts is missing and The Apple needs your help to find him.  To sweeten the deal, I've got 5 copies of A+E Home Entertainment & MLB Productions DVD of Johan Santana's No-Hitter to give away. 


Who Is Captain Shorts?
If you follow The Apple on Twitter or Facebook then you already know about Captain Shorts but for the uninitiated I'll catch you up quickly. Captain Shorts is a mysterious and powerful figure whose power is only exceeded by his mystery. Additionally, his mystery is only exceeded by his power. The Captain motivates the Mets to play their hardest at home and rewards them with a hearty high five afterwards.

But recently the good Captain has gone missing, causing the Mets to play poorly at home and on the road. It really is the only logical way to explain the team's poor play since the All-Star break. We need to find the Captain now before it is too late.

The Rules

Here is a picture of Captain Shorts. Your job is to "find" the Captain by Photoshopping him into where you think he's gone. Use whatever means necessary to accomplish your task. MSPaints, Photoshop, heck even Instagram, just find him and send your findings to readtheapple@gmail.com by the time the Mets return home on August 7th. I will select the 5 best/funniest entries to receive a prize.
