| Shannon from MetsPolice celebrates the return of Banner Day |
Earlier today at Citi Field, the Mets announced the first stages of their
50th Anniversary celebration which of course celebrates 51 seasons of Mets baseball. The biggest news was a return to the blue and orange uniforms of yesteryear and the return of Banner Day. It was a big day for our buddies over at Mets Police who have been campaigning for years for the Mets to simplify their unis and bring back banner day. Congrats Shannon.
